Seasonal Memberships
Associate Membership - This membership is available to renters and non-residents of Miles Grant. People who have not been annual members of Miles Grant Country Club for at least three consecutive years are eligible. Subject to annual review and revision by the Board of Directors.
We offer Social, Golf and Tennis memberships under this program. Social membership allows full access to the Clubhouse, swimming pool, hard surface tennis courts and dining facilities as well as all social functions. There is a social function surcharge for all Invitational Memberships. Golf privileges allow full access to the Club’s facilities and amenities that are part of the Social membership as well our 18-hole golf course, practice areas and golf shop. Tennis privileges allow full access to the Club’s facilities and amenities that are part of the Social membership as well as access to our Har-Tru tennis courts.
The membership term is January 1 through April 30. There are no voting rights and not subject to assessments. Members have a Food & Beverage Minimum requirement of $200 for Individual and $350 for Family. The dues for this membership are on a tiered scheduled for years 1 through 3 with the membership converting to an annual membership in year 3.
There are In-Season Golf restrictions as follows:
- Associate Social members are limited to playing two afternoon golf rounds during a 30-day period. They must call the Golf Shop for tee times.
- Associate Social members cannot submit tee time reservation cards for play on Sunday or Monday but may call the Golf Shop for afternoon tee times on Sunday and/or Monday.
- Associate Social members may play in afternoon events if there are open slots available.
- Associate Social members must pay a Green Fee each time they play.
- Golf and/or Tennis privileges are required for association membership and play.
- Tee times may be made 3 days in advance.
Tenant Membership with Golf Privileges- This Tenant Membership is the same as all of our Invitational Memberships in that only people who have had no Annual Membership at Miles Grant Country Club in the past three years will be eligible. All Invitational Memberships are subject to annual review and revision by the Board of Directors.
Tenant Membership term: Three Consecutive Months Only between November 1 and April 30.
Tenant Membership Requirements & Privileges:
- Tenant fills out application and pays one-half (1/2) dues & fees in advance. The remaining balance of the dues & fees will be billed at the next month’s billing cycle. Applicants must sign up for credit card or bank draft automatic payment option.
- Member can join Men’s & Women’s Golf Associations, etc., and be billed.
- Membership available to residents and non-residents of Miles Grant. Requires a copy of the rental agreement. Tenants of units that have a Social Only membership who want to purchase a golf privilege may apply for this program.
- Year to year basis.
- F&B Minimum applicable - $125 Individual; $250 Family
- Do not have voting rights. Not subject to assessments.
Afternoon Golf Membership - This membership is available to residents and non-residents of Miles Grant. People who have not been annual members of Miles Grant Country Club for at least three consecutive years are eligible. Subject to annual review and revision by the Board of Directors.
The membership term is November 1 through April 30. There are no voting rights and not subject to assessments. Members have a Food & Beverage Minimum requirement of $200 for Individual and $350 for Family. Members in this category are allowed access to the Clubhouse and dining facilities as well as all social functions. There is a social function surcharge for all Invitational Memberships.
Golf Privileges are as follows:
- Restricted to playing golf after 12 noon Monday through Friday. They may play golf all day Saturday and Sunday. They must call the Golf Shop for tee times.
- May play in Twilight Golf and Saturday scrambles if there are available slots.
- Tee time reservations may be made three days in advance.
- Not eligible to join Men’s and Ladies’ leagues or league play.
Weekend Golf Membership - This membership is available to residents and non-residents of Miles Grant. People who have not been annual members of Miles Grant Country Club for at least three consecutive years are eligible. Subject to annual review and revision by the Board of Directors.
The membership term is November 1 through April 30. There are no voting rights and not subject to assessments. Members have a Food & Beverage Minimum requirement of $150 for Individual and $200 for Family. Members in this category are allowed access to the Clubhouse and dining facilities as well as all social functions. There is a social function surcharge for all Invitational Memberships.
Golf Privileges are as follows:
- Restricted to playing golf after 12 noon Friday. They may play golf all day Saturday and Sunday. They must call the Golf Shop for tee times.
- May play in Saturday scrambles if there are available slots.
- Tee time reservations may be made three days in advance.
- Not eligible to join Men’s and Ladies’ leagues or league play.
